Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, government agencies are also able to order on account with the relevant purchase order authority. We generally do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, however for special order items or if you select PayPal the funds will be taken immediately. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In addition some goods may be age or otherwise restricted and therefore further information may be required. |
| Shipping And Handling Most items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked which does not require a signature but is tracked by Royal Mail scanners throughout the process. For bulkier items a courier will be used. International shipping can vary tremendously according to size and weight so please contact us if you require a quotaation. |
| Delivery Schedule For stock items you can usually expect your order within a few days, we have close relationships with al the manufacturers or their agents in the UK so most orders that we do not have stock of are fulfilled within a few weeks |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you but due to the sheer range of products on offer sometimes this can take weeks or even strech into months so please be patient as we often have to wait for more stock to come in to the country from abroad. However, if you are unable to wait any longer and have not had confirmation of shipping from us please contact us to cancel. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
